On Sept. 4th, the JDZB will once again open its doors longer as part of our #OpenMonday.
We would like to welcome you all to get an insight into our activities and use the opportunities for informal exchange. The focus, as on every OpenMonday, is our stage, which is open to anyone who would like to contribute. If you would like to use it, please send a short mail to kultur@jdzb.de.
Some highlights of the evening can be found at "Programm / プログラム / Program".
The JDZB will be open from 5 pm. The program will start at 6 pm.
Registration is not necessary.
We look forward to new encounters and creative exchange!

Some highlights of the program:
🎥 Film screening (From 6 pm): Documentary film "Finding their niche - Unheard stories of migrant women" (English) followed by a discussion with the filmmaker.
🍵"Chanoyu - The Japanese Tea Way": Introduction and workshop* (Urasenke Teeweg-Verein Berlin e.V.).
* 5 € contribution towards expenses for active participants (incl. tea and sweets), passive participation is free of charge. (Limited number of places)
Runs at the following times:
17.15～17.45 hrs.
18.15～18.45 hrs.
20.15～20.45 hrs.
(Registration for active participation: from 15 minutes before the start of each run).
19.10〜19.30: Short lecture on the history of Chanoyu.
🎴Japanese board and card games (German-Japanese Society Berlin @djg_berlin) (From 6 p.m.)
🌷Ikebana workshop for members of Ikebana International Berlin. (Watching possible) (From 6 p.m.)
🍡Japanese sweets and snacks for sale! (From 5 pm)
