Symposium: Hello Japan! How to Establish Transcontinental SME Collaboration
How do we deal with these changes? How can we design our future working environments today? And how can science and research contribute to finding good solutions?
German Research Ambassadors Network for Industrial Technology Endeavors (GRANITE), a BMBF-funded project in the campaign “The Future of Work”, is designed to initiate an active dialogue between companies and research institutions as well as local government and governments in Japan and Germany. The establishment of an innovative and sustainable network for applied research and technology will support a joint effort for the exchange and transfer of knowledge between the two countries. Thematic areas are: Industry 4.0 and digitization, identifi-cation of SME potentials, user-oriented design, change and system design.
