Symposium: Securing the Role of Law
Japan and Germany are constitutional states in which the functions, controls as well as the limits of law and politics are regulated by the constitution. This symposium will present prominent speakers and explain the relationship between law and politics. The President of the Supreme Court and a judge of the German Federal Constitutional Court will address the participants.
