The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) evaluates and certifies the Japanese language proficiency of non-native speakers.

The next JLPT, for levels N1 to N5, will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Japanese-German Center Berlin (JDZB).

Online registration is scheduled to open on Tuesday, July 13, 2026.
